When a smoker inhales the Electronic Cigarette, air flow is detected by a
sensor in the battery, which activates a heating element (atomizer) that
vaporizes a nicotine solution (eLiquid) stored in the mouthpiece. An LED light
at the end of the Electronic Cigarette is also activated during inhalation,
which serves as an indicator of use when smoking.

What is the benefit of an Electronic Cigarette over a regular
cigarette?

When you inhale a regular cigarette you are inhaling nicotine, tar, carbon
monoxide, arsenic or many of the 4,000 chemicals and carcinogens. When you
inhale an electronic cigarette you are inhaling nicotine, but you cut out many of the harmful substances found in regular cigarettes such as tar (this is what coats your lungs), carbon monoxide, and many of the 4000 other chemicals and
toxins.

Is there Nicotine in Electronic Cigarettes?

You can buy electronic cigarettes in different nicotine levels ranging from "High" nicotine to "No" nicotine.

Can Electronic Cigarettes help me with Quitting Smoking?

Electronic cigarettes are not smoking cessation products and the FDA has not approved them for this use. Electronic cigarettes are also not intended to diagnose, cure, mitigate, treat or prevent any disorder, disease, physical condition or mental condition.

Do Electronic Cigarettes come in different Flavors?

Yes, we have over 50 flavors, including Malbro, Kamel,
menthol, tobacco, 555, banana, strawberry, blueberry,etc...

Do Electronic Cigarettes come in different Nicotine
levels?

Yes, currently we have 4 different nicotine levels:

Regular (High Nicotine) – This would be the equivalent of a regular cigarette
or a Red.

Light (Medium Nicotine) - This would be the equivalent of a light
cigarette.

Ultra Light (Low Nicotine) – This would be the equivalent of an ultra light
cigarette.
No (No Nicotine) – This contains no nicotine.

What are the different types of Electronic Cigarettes?

There are many different models of electronic cigarette, but 2 main
types.

3 Part Type Electronic Cigarette – is the older type or older technology unit. 3 part eCigs have:

Battery – Rechargeable battery.
Atomizer (atty) – This is what heats the e-Liquid and turns it into
vapor.
Cartridge (inhaler) – This is a mouthpiece which contains the e-Liquid
(nicotine solution).

2 Part Type Electronic Cigarette – is the newer unit or newer technology. 2 part eCigs have:

Battery – Rechargeable battery.
Cartomizer (disposable atomizer or carto) – This combines a cartridge and
atomizer in one piece.

You can turn a 3 part eCig into a 2 part eCig by replacing the atomizer and
cartridge with a cartomizer (disposable atomizer). The batteries are the same
and work for either type. Make sure that you buy the right cartomizer for your
model battery. The threads are different on different types of batteries.

Why is the 2 part eCig better than the 3 part eCig?

The 2 part technology solved many of the problems that the 3 part technology
had, or more specifically the cartomizer (disposable atomizer) solved many of
the problems of the atomizer and cartridge system, such as:

Leaking – Sometimes the 3 part electronic cigarettes leak
or you get eLiquid on your fingers when you change cartridges. The 2 parts
don't have this issue, because of the construction of the cartomiser (disposable
atomiser). The cartomizer is an atomizer and cartridge in one sealed
unit.
Flooded Atomizers – The atomizers on the 3 part get gunked
up (flooded) and have to be cleaned periodically. Since the cartomizer on the 2
part is an atomizer and cartridge in one unit, there is no issue with
cleaning. When you change the cartomizer, you basically are getting a new
atomizer every time.
Burnt Out Atomizer – The atomizers on the 3 part burn out
periodically and need to be replaced. So on the 3 part you will routinely need
to buy cartridges and atomizers. Since the cartomizer on the 2 part is an
atomizer and cartridge in one unit, burning out is not an issue. When you
change the cartomizer, you basically are getting a new atomizer every time.
Vapor Consistency – With some of the 3 part cartridges,
when you get towards the end of the cartridge, the amount of vapor you get
diminishes. The 2 part cartomizer produces the same amount of vapor throughout
the entire use of the cartomizer.
Lasts longer - Most 3 part cartridges are worth about an
average of 7 cigarettes. The cartomizer is worth about an average of 20
cigarettes. Not only do you get a lot more for you money, but you have less to
carry.
Inhale – This is probably the most significant difference.
The inhale on the 2 part is so much easier and effortless than the 3 part
eCig.

How long does the electronic cigarette last?

The way we measure how much vaping time you will get from an electronic
cigarette is by how many puffs you get. There is an average of 12-14 puffs in a
regular cigarette, depending on how you smoke. There is an average of 250
-300 puffs ( average of about 20 regular cigarettes) in each cartomizer for the
2 part eCig. Most 3 part eCigs cartridges are only about 100 puffs or 6-7
regular cigarettes.

Warning – There are some companies that sell 3 part eCigs that claim that you
will get a pack of cigarettes (20 cigarettes) per cartridge. We have tested
some of them ourselves and found this to be false. Most 3 part cartridges are
100-150 puffs (typically 100 puffs).

How long do the Batteries last?

Depending on how you smoke, if on average you smoke a pack a day or less,
then the batteries should last most of the day. If you smoke more than a pack a
day then you may want to buy a starter kit with 2 batteries. The batteries take
about an hour to an hour and a half to fully charge.

Note – It is recommended to buy a starter kit with 2 batteries if you are
serious about no longer smoking regular cigarette.

What is an Electronic Cigarette Starter kit?

When you first start eSmoking, you typically buy a starter kit. A Starter
Kit will normally contain:

Batteries - Usually 1 or 2
Refills - Usually 2- 6 cartomizers
Charger – Usually a wall or USB charger

Once you have a Starter Kit, there is no need to buy the kit again. You
simply buy refill cartomizers (usually sold in a 5 pack).

Note – It is highly recommended that you buy a kit that has 2 batteries. The
common problem that happens when people begin using electronic cigarettes is
that they forget to charge their battery or their battery dies, so they smoke a
regular cigarette while their battery is charging, because they can't wait until
the battery charges. This is the point where some people fall off the wagon or
back into their regular smoking habit. To avoid this, if you had 2 or more
batteries, you can charge one as you use the other.

What kind of Electronic Cigarette Starter Kits do you have?

What are Electronic Cigarette Cartomizers and Disposable Atomizers?

Cartomizers (Cartos) are the same thing as disposable atomizer. This is the
part of the electronic cigarette that contains the nicotine solution (eLiquid).
Cartomizers usually have about 20 cigarettes worth of eLiquid. When your
cartomizer finishes simply throw it away and put on a new one. Refills are
usually sold in 5 packs, this is the equivalent of about 100 regular cigarettes
(5 regular packs of cigarettes).

Electronic Cigarette Vocabulary and Terms

eCig – This is a short name used for electronic cigarettes.
Vapor – This is what looks like smoke (actually water vapor) that you exhale
when you vape your electronic cigarette.
Vape (or Vaping) - This means smoking an electronic cigarette.
eSmoke (or eSmoking) – This term means the same as Vape or Vaping, but Vape
or Vaping is more widely used.
Atomizer – The heating element on a 3 part electronic cigarette.
Disposable Atomizer – This is a one piece unit, that is the combination of
an atomizer and catridge in one.
Cartomizer (or Carto) – This is another term used for a disposable atomizer,
they are the same thing.
